FAQ

Are the coaching sessions all online?

Yes, coaching sessions are planned with you in advance and conducted on Zoom. In some instances, where Zoom is not used, other online face-to-face systems are set up.

How long is each coaching session?

Each session plan is 45 minutes long. Sessions can also be planned to run together – for example, 2 x 45-minute sessions booked for a 90-minute breakthrough session where diaries permit.

How am I matched with a Life-Coach?

We will be in touch via WhatsApp with a selection of Life-Coaches for you to choose from. The choice is always yours and where you have a preference, we will always try to match you with your chosen coach.

How will my coach contact me?

We will initially contact you via WhatsApp and present two or three different Life-Coaches to you. Your chosen coach will then be added to our private WhatsApp Group. They will then send you a calendar link for you to book calls with them.

Can I cancel my sessions?

You can change coaches at any time and move dates for coaching sessions with them directly. Once a package of sessions has been purchased no refunds are given for cancelations.
